Creating Groups

To create a group go to the Group Manager tab and click on the New button.

Group Name: Give your group a unique yet understandable name here. This name will be used to reflect the physical group on the Group Manager tab. The name can be up to 75 characters long and must be comprised of alpha numeric characters only.

Optional: You can associate an Identity with a group. When ever you select the named group the associated identity will also be selected. You can override this behaviour by manually changing the From identity after you have selected the group.

All groups are stored in the Group Mail folder on your system and have a .gdb extension.
